Using the most innovative embellishment techniques, Extreme Pain’s line has incredible detail, yet retains a soft hand and is printed on premium quality garments.

The line features 12 new designs offered on short sleeve, long sleeve and thermal tops in a selection of colors. There are also options for Bamboo/Cotton T’s as well. Each design features a title and storyline tag attached to the shirt.
